Vintage Romanex de Boussac 'Samarcande' Curtain
A single vintage curtain in a 1950s French cotton from Romanex de Boussac named Samarcande (Griffin). Printed on an ivory background a detailed toile in shades of green, purple and a bit of turquoise. Complete with a bottle green fringed trim on one side and the bottom edge. Bottle green lining.
Curtain is made of 2 panels totalling in Width 180 cms (70 8/10ths") by Length 242.5 cms (95 1/2").
If you wish to reuse in a French country style interior this curtain will require specialist cleaning as there are stains and marks from storage and water damage. Otherwise use as a 'cutter' and repurpose the fabric and trim as cushions, lampshade covers or in other textile projects.
